About The Role We are seeking a senior technical leader to manage and scale a high-performing team of AI Success Engineers. This team owns post-sale technical success for ChatGPT Enterprise, driving customer onboarding, activation, and adoption through structured programs, enablement, and change-management playbooks. AI Success Engineers are deeply technical and hands-on, supporting customers with advanced capabilities including connectors, Codex, custom GPTs, and other frontier features as they are released. They partner closely with customer stakeholders to ensure solutions are deployed effectively, adopted broadly, and delivering real business impact. In this role, you will set team strategy, ensure strong execution and technical rigor, and build mechanisms that enable scale, consistency, and operational excellence—while staying close to customers and the field. This role is based in New York or San Francisco and follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office. Regional travel is expected.
